Every dog at Stay Pet Hotel is special. And every one of them gets what they need. That’s our promise to you. We ensure that every dog at Stay is treated to exercise throughout the day, individually prepared food, distribution of medicine and of course, plenty of love. There are no extra fees associated with outdoor play time and we happily accept both dogs that are social and those who prefer individual exercise. Our two buildings, The Cosmo and The Atom, are bright, open facilities, designed for a stress-free stay. Each is temperature controlled with full heat and air conditioning, has large windows to allow for natural sunlight and is piped with music throughout the day.
Play time is a priority at Stay. We feature an ample 12,000 square feet of play space. Our playgroups romp in a large 8,000 square-foot yard with 4,000 square feet of artificial grass (addressing concerns such as allergies, digging, chewing and mud) that connects to our 1500 square foot indoor, rubber-matted play room via a roll-up door allowing for easy indoor/outdoor access. Our non-social dogs have access to the large yard and their own 3,000 square-foot outdoor play area where they get 1:1 time with an attendant.
Stay offers 43 Standard Suites – although our “standards” are higher than most. Standard Suites vary in size from 25 to 50 square feet – in order provide the most comfortable accommodations for every dog. Each Suite features six-foot high solid Formica walls for privacy, Dutch doors with tempered glass uppers for safety and custom-made beds for comfort. Standard Suites are cleaned daily. For our most stylish guests, Stay offers four Deluxe Rooms in The Cosmo. These walled rooms are 70-square feet in size, have glass Dutch doors and are furnished with luxurious, imported dog beds, Flor carpet tiles, high-end furniture and bowls and individual flat-screen televisions showing dog friendly TV and movies available from the Stay movie library. For 2010, our Deluxe Rooms are named after some of our beloved guests: Busy's Bachelor Pad, The Monkie Room, The Squeezle Room and Caleb and Ramona's Rumpus Room. Deluxe Rooms are cleaned every morning and, just like the Standard Suites, all exercise and loves are included.
Stay's billing procedures are similar to a human hotel: Check in anytime on arrival day, check out by 12pm on departure day. Anything after noon and 7pm is billed as 1/2 day charge. As always, all playtimes and distribution of meals, meds and loves are included!
Guests never stay with dogs from another family...unless arranged by their
